AACC PLATFORM
GOAL: Combine, Create And Nurture Working Relationships Within Business Networks

Combine businesses and non-profit organizations that duplicate services in order to produce high customer service and longevity to our customers and reduce the risk of business failures.

Create a good working relationship with the other chambers of commerce to promote regional growth in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Work to keep cash flow within the African American community by doing business with those that invest in our community.

Develop a working relationship with the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee system to develop a strategic plan which fosters business growth within our community.

Ensure African Americans businesses and community members are recipients of financial assistance and services that affect the quality of life for African Americans and other culturally diverse ethnic groups.

Participate with corporate businesses in the development and implementation of their diversity and/or minority supplier program.

Review state, local and government laws and guidelines as it applies to our elected officials and produce report card on their progress.

Become a partner with the Greater Milwaukee Convention & Visitors Bureau in providing African American tourist attractions and possible convention sales leads.
Work with foundations that fund development within the Central City of Milwaukee.

Establish a revolving fund with the banking community and State of Wisconsin that will better mobilize business development and support contractual obligations.

Hold city wide meetings with public, private, faith base and community leaders, elected officials, Chief of Police and Sheriff Department to address African American's future outlook and reduce crime throughout the City of Milwaukee.
